The four courses in the Infant/Toddler concentration prepare you to work with infants, toddlers, and their families, helping to ensure you are ready to work effectively in the field.If you want to become a certified teacher, our B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education with Illinois Type 04 Certification Preparation track is the right choice for you, entitling you to work with children and teach in public schools, pre-K through grade 3.
Many states' requirements are similar to those of Illinois. Check with your state's Department of Certification to determine what your state requires to recognize an out-of-state license if you plan to teach outside Illinois.
